What our clients have to say about Allan:

"Allan was extremely helpful in guiding us through the seller situation we were working with. He is very knowledgeable and we couldn’t have been happier with him. Allan not only had us set up with the automation email for new listings that matched our criteria but he was constantly looking outside that box and sending us different listings to make sure we didn’t miss out on anything. He is extremely responsive and prompt. It didn’t matter which day or what time of day, I felt we could always reach him."

"Allan helped me purchase my first home and from the first day, to the last day I was 100% confident in the work he did. Allan was able to connect me with the best lender, inspectors and more, he truly allowed me to just focus on finding the best home, and encouraged me that even in this competitive market we'd find something great. I didn't think I would be able to do this at 24, and without bringing much to the table and I'm so grateful I made the call for that initial consultation."

"Allan provided extensive knowledge regarding purchasing a new construction home. He was available to answer any questions we had and always prompt to respond."
