Garrit, a Northern California native, graduated from Chico State with a degree in Conflict Resolution and International Relations.  His educational background has helped him excel as a real estate agent for the past 24 years, where both contract negotiations and client relationships are his strengths.

He is a top-performing agent, known for his remarkable sales record, including the second-highest sale in Ada County and the team’s two largest single transactions - although he wouldn’t tell you that in person, as he doesn’t feel the focus should ever be on accolades. Garrit is also known for his gregarious, warm nature and the friendly ease with which he greets everyone he meets.
