The Lysi Bishop Real Estate experience is exceptional and elevated, whether you are a buyer, seller, or just visiting one of our open houses.

Fun Fact: Every Sunday from 1-4 pm, we host our open house tour highlighting exciting properties throughout the Treasure Valley. A long-standing tradition, our Sunday tours have been helping buyers find their dream home for the past twelve years. Featuring a minimum of six residences each week, the goal is to introduce our listings and make it convenient for buyers to view new and interesting properties without having to schedule a formal showing. It has been such a success that we now have over 5000 subscribers to our tour email list, and some open houses have hosted over 200 visitors in a 3-hour window!

The Open House Tour was created with the vision of helping buyers find the perfect property, sometimes unexpectedly. Whether it is a neighbor who walks through and tells friends or family about the property, someone who is just stopping by for fun, or a buyer who is feeling weary from the home search process, the experience often leads people to finding a home they love.

We have seen it time and time again—homes being matched with buyers who may not have found them through a Zillow search or MLS results. Homes often present differently in person than through photos, and there is a flow and a feel that cannot always be captured on video. Hidden gems and neighborhood pockets that were unknowingly overlooked during an original search are found. And there is the possibility of falling in love with something you didn’t even know you wanted or were looking for—touring a home in a casual, convenient, low-pressure environment can be the best way to experience it.

Our team of dedicated agents, along with our talented marketing department and hard-working listing coordinators, pour themselves into preparing for the tour each week. We select the properties nearly two weeks in advance to prepare. The marketing team designs informative collateral for each property, and the listing coordinators visit each one to make sure homes are clean, prepped, and professionally presented. Agents diligently prepare so they can be well-informed and offer pertinent information for buyers, pulling resources regarding the market, neighborhood, home data, and comparables. Spending many hours each week and through the weekend, all with the hope of helping someone find their perfect home, it is a rewarding and fulfilling labor of love for the Lysi Bishop Real Estate Team.

We often hear from open house visitors there is a notable difference when visiting one of our homes. Our properties are professionally presented, hosted, and represented. The homes are outstanding, and our agents provide the highest level of customer service to our visitors. In a world full of AI and automation, we are dedicated to being an in-person, knowledgeable resource for buyers. Our team has a commitment to caring for people. We are high producers driven with servants' hearts.

If you’re thinking about buying or selling a home, visiting the open house tour can provide a wealth of information. You may find exactly what you’ve been looking for, or you may begin to understand property values a bit better from seeing the homes in person. Interacting with one of our outstanding agents may give you insight into the market, or you might take advantage of our complimentary home valuation service, where an agent schedules a private tour at your residence, providing a no-pressure market analysis.

We have been hosting our Open House Tours nearly every Sunday, excluding holidays, for twelve years, and it has been a fantastic way to highlight our listings, serve our clients, and connect with many of you! If you haven’t joined us for a tour, we would love to invite you to visit us sometime soon. When you arrive at any of the tour homes, you’ll be greeted by our agents and given a detailed tour sheet to make the process easy and enjoyable. Exploring homes and neighborhoods can be a fun way to spend a Sunday afternoon, and finding your next home sweet home is even better.
