After cold winter months and spring's unpredictable weather, we are really looking forward to patio season this year — and the Treasure Valley's patio offerings continue to grow and evolve! From rooftop wine bars to laid-back neighborhood patios, there’s no shortage of great places to eat, drink, and soak up a summer evening.

For a Meal

Bardenay

  • A Boise-area classic with relaxed patio energy, handcrafted cocktails, and consistently great food. With locations in Downtown Boise, Eagle, and Garden City, it’s an easy summer go-to.

The Boardwalk

  • Set along the Greenbelt, The Boardwalk brings together river views, outdoor dining, and a lively summer atmosphere. It’s a great spot for a casual meal with friends.

Spitfire Tacos + Tequila

  • Spitfire brings bold tacos, tequila-forward drinks, and a fun patio scene to Eagle. It’s perfect for a warm-weather dinner that feels festive and easygoing.

Caffe Luciano’s

  • Proletariat’s rooftop terrace is a great Garden City stop for wine and sunset views. It feels intimate, low-key, and perfect for a summer evening.

Sandbar Patio & Grill

  • Sandbar is a true Boise summer classic with river views, live music, and a lively patio scene. It’s one of the best places to feel like you’re on vacation without leaving town.

The Highlander

  • This rooftop bar brings downtown views, cocktails, and a more elevated patio feel. It’s a great pick for sunset drinks or a nightcap.
