For more than 25 years, Garrit has built his real estate career around a core belief: people come first. Every move represents a new chapter, and he considers it a privilege to guide clients through that process with honesty, experience, and genuine care.

Known for his calm demeanor and exceptional listening skills, Garrit takes the time to understand what matters most to each client before offering thoughtful advice and clear guidance. His solution-oriented approach helps buyers and sellers navigate even the most complex transactions with confidence, while his background in International Relations and Conflict Resolution provides a strong foundation for collaborative negotiation and problem-solving. Clients consistently appreciate his ability to make the process feel less stressful, knowing they have an experienced advocate looking out for their best interests (while having some fun and sharing some laughs along the way too).

A graduate of Chico State University, Garrit was introduced to real estate by his mother, who knew that his personality & heart would take him far and whose encouragement helped launch a career that has now spanned more than two decades. During that time, he has developed extensive knowledge of the Treasure Valley, with particular passion for Boise's North End, East End, Northwest Boise, Eagle, Northwest Meridian, and the mountain communities surrounding McCall. Whether helping first-time buyers, longtime Idahoans, or families relocating to the area, he believes every client deserves the same level of care, attention, and professionalism.

Outside of real estate, family is at the center of Garrit's life. He proudly considers being a father his most important role and enjoys spending time with his daughter, exploring Idaho, attending live music, traveling, and serving his community. A lifelong musician, he played drums for nearly twenty years, touring and performing before discovering the best “gig” of his life: being a girl dad. Professionally, his greatest fulfillment has come not from the stage, but from helping people build meaningful lives in a place they're proud to call home.
