• Village at Meridian Expansion

Announced additions like Kendra Scott and Paris Baguette reflect a continued focus on experiential shopping and dining — places where people linger, meet friends, and make an evening of it.

• Revolution Concert House

  Meridian is set to gain a new entertainment destination near Topgolf at Eagle View Landing. Revolution Concert House is planned as a live-music venue with dining, indoor and outdoor bars, and flexible gathering spaces. It’s another sign that Meridian is investing in nightlife and entertainment options that support an active, social lifestyle.

• Linder Road Overpass

  Long discussed and highly anticipated, construction on the Linder Road overpass over I-84 is expected to begin soon. This project will significantly improve north-south connectivity, ease congestion, and support Meridian’s continued growth — a big win for commuters and residents alike.

• Major Retail Growth at Ten Mile

  A proposed Target at The District at Ten Mile is planned to be the largest in the Treasure Valley. Beyond shopping convenience, this signals the continued rise of the Ten Mile corridor as a major mixed-use destination within Meridian.

• Life Time Fitness

  Also planned for The District at Ten Mile, Life Time Fitness will bring a high-end approach to wellness, offering fitness, social spaces, and lifestyle programming — further reinforcing the area as a hub for modern, active living.

Eagle Highlights

• New Wine + Bistro Destination in Downtown Eagle

  Downtown Eagle will welcome Siren Song, a European-inspired wine bar and bistro featuring a seasonal menu, tableside tastings, and a rooftop patio. Operated by the owners of a Washington winery who now call Eagle home, the concept is designed to be an intimate, community-oriented gathering place, with plans for special events when it opens in Spring 2026.

• Costco Proposal Near Highway 55

  Plans are moving forward for a proposed Costco near Idaho 55 and Hill Road. If approved, the development would include major infrastructure improvements such as roundabouts and extensive parking, marking a significant retail addition for Eagle and the surrounding region.

• Eagle Foothills Luxury Growth

  The foothills north of Eagle continue to emerge as one of the Treasure Valley’s most exclusive residential areas. New low-density developments are offering estate-sized lots and custom homes, with prices often exceeding $1M before construction. The appeal is clear: privacy, open space, foothill views, and proximity to downtown Eagle’s dining and amenities.

• Lalo + Social Oak

  Eagle’s dining scene continues to evolve with the opening of Lalo, a Baja-inspired cantina bringing bold flavors and vibrant design to the area. Its sister concept, Social Oak, is also on the way — adding another layer to Eagle’s growing reputation as a destination for thoughtful, experience-driven dining.
