If you’re hoping to do something fun and festive to ring in the New Year, now is the time to plan. Across Boise and the Treasure Valley, restaurants are hosting lively celebrations – prix fixe dinners, themed parties, late-night bites, and plenty of bubbles – to send off 2025 and welcome 2026 in style.

Enjoy an early, candlelit dinner followed by a cozy countdown at home, or dance until midnight (and well beyond) – either way, we wish you a happy & celebratory start to the new year!

Don’t Forget the Potato Drop

And of course, no Boise New Year’s Eve roundup would be complete without the 13th annual Potato Drop downtown. So plan to make an evening of it and ring in the new year with friends & neighbors downtown.
