Lysi Bishop Real Estate 2024 Year In Review!

It is hard to believe another year has passed—watching our team and business grow over the years feels a bit like watching your babies grow up. Hitting exciting milestones is both a reason to celebrate and cause for nostalgic reflection. We can all agree time often passes too quickly, yet we are so thankful for another fabulous year and the experiences and opportunities it gave us to serve, connect, and grow.

Looking back at 2024, some of our most exciting moments include:

• • Our 30-year Anniversary Party! Over 650 friends, clients, and peers helped us celebrate three decades of service by attending a fabulous summer soiré at the Boise Depot, overlooking the city we all love. We feel immense gratitude for the many years of our clients’ confidence and support—none of this would be possible without them.

  • Mackenzie Bishop Velten joined the team! As a 3rd generation realtor, Lysi’s daughter, Kenzie, developed a passion for the industry early on, hosting open houses in high school and college. She is a fantastic addition to the team, bringing a warm smile, upbeat energy, and a decade of experience in high-stakes sales. Her adorable boys, newborn baby girl, and sweet golden retriever are among the team’s favorite office visitors.

Wall Street Journal’s Real Trends Report ranked the Lysi Bishop Real Estate Team as #1 in sales volume, both in Boise and the entire state of Idaho. This accomplishment is a true testament to our team of exceptional agents, our dedicated support staff, and our incredible clients for their continued trust and business!

Our founder, Lysi Bishop, was recognized as an industry expert and profound business leader, earning a spot on the Idaho Business Review’s PowerList. While she would prefer not to star in our social media videos and often chooses to avoid the limelight, this is a recognition worth noting and celebrating! What an honor!

  • We Moved! It took incredible teamwork, coordination, and manpower… but our team moved to a new office in 2024! We are now in the Cornerstone Building at 913 W River Street, just above the Cottonwood Grille. This move has been a wonderful upgrade—the new office added space for our growing team and provides several more meeting spaces to accommodate our clients. A ping-pong table, furry bean bag chairs, and extra game area have made Fridays more fun (and competitive) too!

  • Our Team Served 274 Clients! What an absolute gift it has been to serve so many clients, helping them feel confident and supported through their real estate transactions. It is a role we don’t take lightly, and we are honored to be involved in such an important part of their lives.

  • We Closed Over $150M in Sales. Placing us at the top of the industry in Boise and Idaho, this milestone feels especially pertinent. We can’t say it enough—thank you to our fabulous clients! This also means our team has surpassed over $2 Billion in sales, elevating the level of experience and expertise we provide to our clients.

Our team includes an impressive group of women who lead and inspire. Our agents & staff strive to create a 5-star experience, anticipating our clients’ needs and exceeding their expectations. 2024 was a year of focusing on this priority—it was the topic of many company meetings and team trainings. Sometimes that looks like scheduling contractors and handling all the ins & outs of prepping a home to be listed, other times it means visiting a property with a shovel and breaking through inches of frozen pond water to help rehome a client’s coy fish!

  • Babies! Who doesn’t love babies?!? Our fabulous team of agents and professionals brought 4 beautiful babies into this world, growing the Idaho population just a little bit more during 2024. We celebrated with gifts of adorable little booties, footed jammies, and favorite children’s books. One of the sweet new bundles is Lysi’s very first granddaughter, born days before the end of the year. A fourth-generation female real estate agent, perhaps?
