Downtown Boise & Boise Neighborhoods
El Gaucho – Downtown Steakhouse Arrival
- Seattle-based Fire & Vine Hospitality is bringing El Gaucho to the former Western Proper space. Expect classic tableside service, dramatic presentation, and a polished steakhouse experience.
Cán Coctelería – A Refined Speakeasy Concept
- From the team behind Amano, Cán Coctelería has opened in the Smith Block building with a Prohibition-era aesthetic and a cocktail-forward menu alongside elevated Mexican fare.
The Boise Post – Rooftop Dining
