At Lysi Bishop Real Estate, staying informed is part of how we serve our clients. Every week, our team reads through local news, development updates, market reports, and community announcements to stay current on what's happening across the Treasure Valley.

Our weekly newsletter reaches thousands of subscribers each Wednesday, highlighting neighborhood events, local businesses, real estate trends, and important community developments. As the #1 real estate team in Boise and Idaho by sales volume, we believe understanding our community extends well beyond buying and selling homes. Growth, infrastructure, business investment, recreation, and quality of life all shape the places we call home.

Here are 10 notable developments we're keeping an eye on this summer.
